About The Position

SGA Dental Partners has an opportunity for a Part Time HRIS & Data Partner, supporting accurate data management, routine reporting, and system functionality across a multi-state organization. This role plays a critical part in retrieving and consolidating data from HRIS and Practice Management Systems (PMS), maintaining reporting workflows in Power BI and SharePoint, and ensuring clean, compliant data to support the Human Resources team. The HRIS & Data Partner also assists with documentation and ongoing data integrity efforts. This position includes requires a full workday on Sunday and various hours Monday - Friday, estimated 20 hours.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting HRIS, operational systems, or data reporting in a fast paced, multi system environment.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboard support.
  • Experience with SharePoint for document management and data organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong data validation skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently in a part-time schedule and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and handling confidential employee data with discretion and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Practice Management System (PMS) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and consolidate employee and operational data from multiple systems, including HRIS and Practice Management Systems (PMS), on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare, validate, and upload data files into SharePoint and Power BI to support dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
  • Run routine reports to support HR data needs and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Identify data discrepancies, research root causes, and correct errors to maintain high data integrity standards.
  • Generate required documents and upload them to HRIS and SharePoint in a timely and organized manner.
  • Support the HR team with data requests, reporting needs, and routine HRIS tasks.
  • Assist with maintaining documentation libraries, version control, and secure file management within SharePoint.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to learn, adapt to, and navigate new HRIS, practice management systems (PMS), and reporting technologies with ease.
