The Department of Administrative Services is the State of Georgia's enterprise solution for human resources administration, risk and fleet management, surplus property, and state purchasing. Through the efforts of our employees, we provide enterprise leadership, business services and solutions to help state entities improve organizational efficiency, workforce performance and policy compliance. The Human Resources Administration unit is tasked with managing the development of the state personnel policies, enabling state agencies to hire and retain top talent and ensuring that human resource professionals across the state are trained and compliant with current regulations. The Data Analyst provides data analysis support to units within Human Resources Administration. This role is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and delivering analytics that will be used to make strategic decisions related to workforce planning, benefits, talent management, and policy development. The analyst supports the production of the annual workforce report, monitors key workforce trends, and provides data-driven insights and recommendations to inform enterprise-wide workforce strategies.
