About The Position

The HRIS Data Analyst position at Actalent involves maintaining and managing the HR information system to ensure data accuracy and compliance. The role requires generating and analyzing reports to provide insights for HR decisions, assisting HR staff with system-related inquiries, and implementing updates in the HR information system (ADP Workforce Now). The analyst will conduct auditing processes to identify compliance gaps and risks, and work on employee file projects to ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Heavy auditing and reporting experience

Responsibilities
