The Data Analyst will support the HR, Member Services & PALS team and report directly to the SVP of Human Resources, Member Services, and Patient Assistance Line. They will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across these key areas to support organizational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and improved service delivery. They will possess strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS Platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and have a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

  • Generate and maintain HR dashboards related to headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics. Depending on the report, they may be generated every month or as requested.
  • Support labor modeling efforts by collecting data and conducting trend analysis.
  • Maintain accurate position management data and reconcile job, headcount, and organizational structure records.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership, business partners, and Finance.
  • Perform/create Market Compensation Analysis when needed.
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives by identifying inefficiencies through data analysis.
  • Train and guide team members on data analysis tools and best practices.
  • Support interdepartmental coordination by cross-referencing initiatives between PALs, Member Services, and other departments to prevent duplication of effort. Ensure alignment of objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Use HRIS (ADP) and Excel to extract, analyze, and validate data.
  • Identifying and resolving data quality issues through audits, reconciliations, and collaboration with HRIS.
  • Contribute to improvements in reporting automation, workflow accuracy, and system integrations.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) to prepare and analyze large datasets.
  • Assist in the consolidation of multi-source data into usable formats for HR reporting and planning.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent data usage and definitions.
  • Provide data support for HR projects, including organizational changes, job architecture, and analytics initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards at all times.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS analytics, or related data roles
  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, charts, Power Query)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exposure to position management, labor modeling, or workforce planning
  • Knowledge of HR data structures, job classification, and compensation practices
  • HRIP, SHRM-CP, or other relevant certification a plus
