Power Solutions International (PSI) is a leading manufacturer of emissions-certified powertrains specializing in customized and fully integrated turnkey solutions for the leading global equipment manufacturers in the industrial, transportation, and energy markets manufacturers. Our facilities are housed in one million square feet of engineering, assembly, operations, and distribution space across seven facilities. We are positioned to meet the high production volumes of our customers with added capacity for growth. Reporting to the HRIS Specialist, the HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS system. The role supports the HRIS Specialist by managing data entry, generating reports, and assisting in troubleshooting system issues.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Generate and distribute standard ad hoc HR reports to support business and compliance needs
  • Provide front line support to employees and managers regarding HRIS access, navigation, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure data consistency and process efficiency
  • Monitor data integrity through regular audits and quality checks
  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting to identify and reconcile data discrepancies
  • Serve as a back up to HRIS Specialist
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or data administration
  • Demonstrated success as an administrator or analyst of an HRIS system, ideally Paycom, or equivalent experience; especially helpful is experience developing new configurations, automations, and/or reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and employee information
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, provide feedback and meaningful support to continuously improve the leaders and culture
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities
