The HRIS Business Systems Analyst (Business/ERP Systems Analyst) is a key contributor to the maintenance and optimization of the County's Tyler Munis Human Capital Management (HCM) system and Payroll modules. This role requires an experienced analyst with strong human resources reporting skills, responsible for delivering reliable production support and driving ongoing system stabilization. Core responsibilities include customizing, configuring, and enhancing the HRIS system to align with evolving countywide business needs; troubleshooting complex issues; coordinating system updates; and ensuring data integrity through thorough testing, validation, and audits. The analyst will also extract and analyze data, create clear user documentation and training materials, and provide essential support to end users. This position also involves analyzing operational business needs, researching and recommending HR systems (such as case management tools), implementing process improvements, and providing system-level support across various HRIS platforms. The role may also include other HR assignments and projects, all while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Human Resources Department has embraced a hybrid work schedule that considers that some duties of this position may be performed remotely and telework options are available; however, the successful candidate must also be able to report to County facilities for various meetings and work assignments upon short notice, as needed and deemed appropriate.
