About The Position
The HRIS Business Analyst - Workday serves as a consultative liaison between cross-functional HR teams and technical HRIS teams. This role is responsible for identifying and documenting business needs, collecting and confirming business requirements for Workday system enhancements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions within the Workday system. The analyst actively partners with outsourced HRIS resources to deliver effective solutions that align with the company's HR strategy and processes.
