Your Contribution: Configuration and customization of Workday modules (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting) Execution of system tests, troubleshooting, and support in the integration of Workday with other corporate systems User training and support in the continuous improvement of Workday processes Active participation in the further development and optimization of the Workday platform, including releases, upgrades and new (AI) functionalities Independent and customer-oriented handling of 2nd / 3rd level support requests Collaboration with other teams to ensure that Workday systems comply with legal requirements and best practices Your Profile: Proven experience in the configuration of Workday Modules - especially for one or more of the following modules: HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance or Recruiting Ideally experience in the implementation of Workday Experience in collaborating with different business units and translating business requirements into technical specifications Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues Excellent communication and training skills to effectively engage with users at various levels Excellent English Skills, ideally one additional language We create the future of e-health.
