The HRIS Business Analyst II willl provide expert-level insight, analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration of large multi-institution ERP system primarily using Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Analytics Cloud tools, and available technical resources; coordinate functional user requirements and advise University on best practices for business process improvement regarding HRIS touchpoints; develop and deploy advanced reporting solutions for analysis and presentation to enhance data-driven business decisions; maintain HRIS technical specifications on internal and external business solutions that meet TCE strategic goals. The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $95,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
