About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. This position is an onsite position but can be located in any Crown Branch Locations. Preferred location would be in Pacific Standard Time zone.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years related experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma along with additional coursework.
  • Associates degree with prior experience in a training or educational environment is preferred.
  • 6-12 months of prior office experience.
  • Good computer, organizational, customer service skills with a responsive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms.

Responsibilities

  • Create user logins, assign user permissions, and provide troubleshooting assistance when logging into the system and accessing courses.
  • Assist users with scheduling, progress, navigation, and results tracking questions.
  • Assist with training and work with coordinators in other departments and regional training locations.
  • Use the Company’s SuccessFactors/HRIS System to generate and prepare standard and customized reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments as a resource for reports.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on content and test content functionality and communication with the system prior to deployment.
  • Maintain files and folders for the revisions of the training material, assign training and add/delete resources as necessary.
  • Develop familiarity with course design, development, and testing of training material.
  • Assist and coordinate with Guest Services and Training Coordinators to ensure quality service and support.
  • Update content and ensure the accuracy of the Education Center’s page, along with other department pages on the Intranet.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
