About The Position

Administer human resources policies and procedures covering multiple functional areas. Collect and analyze HR data to make informed recommendations to management. Process paperwork in accordance with established procedures and prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. This role supports the Whole Foods side of the business and requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience.

Requirements

  • Workday experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) for data analysis, auditing, and manipulation.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the human resources field.

Nice To Haves

  • Data interface experience.
  • Experience in human resources, payroll, administrative support, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Role opened as HR Generalist classification but experience and compensation will align more with an HR Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate Workday to perform daily data entry, corrections, and updates across HCM modules.
  • Run Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) to process bulk data uploads and maintain data accuracy.
  • Execute large-scale Excel data integrity audits, analyzing and comparing data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies.
  • Provide Workday HRIS Tier 1 support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve end-user tickets.
  • Maintain accurate Team Member records and support payroll and benefits teams with data processing issues.
