About The Position
The HRIS Analyst at Orlando Health is responsible for coordinating advanced and complex information technology activities within the HRIS department. This role involves optimizing the use of various information systems, providing consultation to departmental team members, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of system data. The HRIS Analyst will also participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while supporting end users and documenting HRIS business processes for efficiency and compliance.
