• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
• Sharp eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Crunch numbers, analyze data, and ensure HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage and troubleshoot the HRIS (UKG PRO) while assisting teammates in mastering the tools.
• Support payroll processes, benefits enrollment, and Open Enrollment tasks.
• Build custom dashboards, reports, and tools to streamline workflows and decision-making.
• Regularly review records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Help new hires and managers navigate HR systems with ease.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Respond to requests for data and deliver reports that drive key business insights.
