This is the systems and analytics arm of the human resources field. This role is the technical point of contact for system functionality and administration. As a member of the HRIS Center of Excellence (COE), this position will focus on development, support, configuration, and maintenance of the human resource information systems (HRIS), to include Workforce Management, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting, On-Boarding, and Document Management. The position will also be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the organizational structure, process enhancements, testing of system changes, HRIS analytics and HR Metrics and reporting.

  • Partner with the HRIS Manager, Talent Acquisition team, and HR employees in 5 locations to provide human resources system administration and support.
  • Assist with the execution of system changes and actively participate in testing.
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation and escalation management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by logging and tracking reported issues to vendor.
  • Maintain security protocols and compliance standards for the HRIS System.
  • Configuration of new or adjusted functionality and understanding downstream impacts.
  • Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for strategic planning or decision-making.
  • Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
  • Write advanced reports, design dashboards & analytics, and validate data.
  • Provide internal consulting services to improve processes by proposing innovative solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and enhancements with other areas.
  • Enter and manage tickets in IT’s support tracking system.
  • Create graphical analytics to display common and advanced demographic data.
  • Assist with the processing of biweekly job, position, and/or salary changes.
  • Support users that report issues with HR systems by investigating and resolving issues.
  • Configure and modify setups for various modules in the HR system.
  • Provide first-level support in troubleshooting HR Core records in HCM system.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HCM.
  • Provide directions to HR and functional departments regarding HR systems capabilities.
  • Recommend opportunities for improvements regarding system processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems for the payroll group with respect to Ceridian Dayforce interfaces.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests by providing reports using HR system report library.
  • Serve as an HR report catalogue owner and work with IT team to maintain reports.
  • Work with HR Systems team and IT team to develop test cases for annual business cycles.
  • Create and update organizational data within HR system.
  • Work with HR Systems Manager to execute annual headcount approval processes.
  • Create and provide monthly headcount reports to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience with Oracle HCM Platform and Kronos software.
  • Prior knowledge of Dayforce HCM and payroll system preferred.
  • Advanced HRIS knowledge and experience working in a Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud environment.
  • SQL & Oracle HCM experience is preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of HRIS technology and the development of effective processes.
  • Deep understanding of a variety of HR processes and standard methodologies.
  • Knowledge of report development and design.
