About The Position
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role ensures that the HRIS applications meet the needs and objectives of the HR department while serving as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas. The analyst assists in data integrity, system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
