The HRIS Analyst is the HR Information System 'expert' to end-users in each of the HR functional areas. Assists HR end-users in accomplishing their goals and strengthening their effectiveness by using the HRIS system to its fullest potential. Leads initiatives resulting from requests for internal/external interfaces to third party software packages that rely on current employee demographics maintained in the systems.
