About The Position
The HRIS Analyst position at Loyola University Chicago involves inputting employee and payroll data into the HR/Payroll system for adjunct and full-time faculty, processing supplemental salary payments, and managing legally required withholdings. The analyst will serve as a resource for running bi-weekly and monthly payroll, generating routine and special reports, and developing new integrations and upgrades of HR systems. The role requires collaboration with HR and non-HR groups to ensure efficiency and data integrity across all HR systems, as well as conducting system audits and resolving system problems.
