About The Position
The HRIS Analyst is an integral member of the HR Systems team. This role is primarily responsible for the global support, configuration, and optimization of HR applications and systems, with emphasis on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and SAP SuccessFactors. Other supported platforms may include SAP R/3, SAP Fieldglass, and ancillary homegrown applications. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in HRSD workflows, case management, knowledge base, and integration management. This role supports the analysis, documentation, implementation, verification, and troubleshooting of HRSD, SuccessFactors and related HR applications globally. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.
