The HR Analyst supports the Human Resources team by managing employee data, producing reports, and assisting with compliance-related processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR operations are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company policy and cannabis industry regulations. The HR Analyst may also assist with employee relations, leave administration, and compliance tracking, while providing general support across all HR functions.

  • Run and analyze routine and ad hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain employee data integrity across HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Support compliance audits and reporting requirements for multi-state cannabis operations.
  • Support HRIS system implementation ensuring data uploads and transfers are clean, formatted, and accurate.
  • Assist with employee relations cases, documenting issues and supporting investigations.
  • Help coordinate FMLA and other leave processes in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Monitor HR inboxes, ticketing systems, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Assist with policy tracking, training logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide support during open enrollment, onboarding, and other HR projects.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits administrators as needed for data alignment.
  • Stay current on HR best practices and assist with continuous process improvements.
  • 1–3 years of HR, HRIS, or data-focused HR support experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, Visualization).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; iSolved (Paragon) preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain and maintain a state-issued cannabis credential.
  • Regular local travel to retail locations within Arizona; occasional out-of-state travel possible.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with occasional exposure to cannabis plant material.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
