The HRIS Analyst ensures APS people systems are accurate, compliant, and operating with integrity. This role serves as the systems steward for HR infrastructure — leading audits, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compensation, payroll, and documentation processes are executed with precision. This position works closely with the HR team to support a high-performing, values-aligned workforce through reliable systems and strong operational discipline. We are looking for a hands-on seasoned HRIS Analyst with a project management and consulting mindset who can make an immediate impact on our HR operations. This position will be both tactical and strategic in its work. This is a six-month temporary full-time position.
