For more information, visit www.yesway.com . Position Responsibilities: Analyze complex HR systems, data, and processes to recommend data-driven, comprehensive solutions to problems. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders/resources to meet project goals and own responsibility for project documentation. Perform regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) audits of HRIS data to ensure data integrity. Identify trends using reported data and make recommendations for automations and process improvements. Develop standard and ad hoc reports for various departments within the organization by retrieving and merging data from multiple sources. review and validate the data, identify outliers/inaccuracies. Configure company settings and manage user access for HR systems. Provide end-user support for all HR systems through one-on-one assistance, group training sessions, and the development and maintenance of “How-To” and SOP documentation for HR system users. Perform data imports into HR systems for mass changes. Monitor, test, and implement HR system upgrades. Assist with other projects as a member of the human resources team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, human resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Four or more years of experience performing analysis of complex HR systems, data, and processes, and using advanced computer skills and MS Office analysis functionalities. Strong understanding of data confidentiality needs. Ability to recognize the short and long-term impact of changes made in the HRIS on the integrity of data and the information provided to the business. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, human resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Four or more years of experience performing analysis of complex HR systems, data, and processes, and using advanced computer skills and MS Office analysis functionalities.
