The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst supports the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS), Oracle HCM Cloud, in addition to other systems supported by HR, specifically partnering with our HR Department to serve as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area. The Analyst acts as a liaison between users and vendor technical support personnel to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows for efficiency improvement, problem resolution and leveraging the return on technological capabilities. The Analyst assists in building project plans and adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems-orientation and works effectively with peers to meet technology priorities and support long-term planning. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, updates, testing and other projects as assigned.
