The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the company's HRIS system ensuring proper setup and ongoing functionality. This role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and IT teams in the US and UK to support administrators and employees with HRIS system issues, ensuring excellent customer service. The HRIS Analyst will maintain up-to-date knowledge on new software versions and releases of the platform, as well as support any software upgrades, patches, testing, or other technical projects as they arise.
