About the position

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of HR technology? Join our team as an HRIS Analyst and become an essential part of our mission to enhance and streamline our Human Resources Information Systems. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources Information Systems. You will be responsible for system administration, reporting, configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR data and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday modules, HR technology, and data analytics, along with the ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams to drive system improvements. You will report to the HR Operations Manager and you can have flexibility of being hybrid (2 days/week in office) in our Long Beach Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Workday system administrator, configuring, testing, and maintaining HRIS modules such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, and Benefits.
  • Support Workday business processes, including security, workflow optimization, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide insights for HR and leadership teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Manage Workday releases and updates, assessing impact and implementing new features as needed.
  • Provide training and support to HR and business users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
  • Perform analyses, tests, and administrate HRIS computer system modules including, but not limited to, human resources, compensation, payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Support data audits, compliance reporting, and security reviews to protect sensitive HR information.
  • Work on HR system integrations with third-party vendors and internal applications.

Requirements

  • AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday required.
