About The Position

The People Systems Analyst plays an important role on Carvana's Total Rewards Team by serving as a SME point of contact for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) related questions, issues, and administrative projects, including system access, and other processing or technical issues. The Analyst ensures data integrity, security, and adherence to the company structure.

Requirements

  • 2+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources/HRIS/Systems.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service focused with a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to support and communicate policy and procedure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) to successfully work with internal customers, cross-functional teams, and outside vendors.
  • Ability to be self-directed and proactive in work activities.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support and SME guidance to team members, leaders, and partnering People Operations teams for Carvana's people systems including but not limited to Workday (HCM), Greenhouse (Applicant/Candidate tracking), Tenstreet (Applicant/Candidate tracking), and Glint (Engagement).
  • Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday and other people systems.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and conduct frequent audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Perform people systems administration, including troubleshooting, account creation and issue resolution.
  • Respond to and resolve requests submitted through the People Systems ticketing system (questions/inquiries, navigation and usage education, and error troubleshooting and resolution).
  • Educate team members and leaders and advocate self-service proficiency within people systems.
  • Conduct frequent audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Support and/or lead projects related to the use, flow, and/or accuracy of people data.
  • Maintain procedural manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Consistently identify ways to improve people systems applications, workflow, integrity, and/or user experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
