In this role, you will assist with problem resolution in Workday, building organizations within the system, maintaining reporting, and creating new processes to improve Workday performance. You will also assist other departments with Workday issues as they arise. Your responsibilities will include researching and documenting issue resolution for appropriate departments, responding to requests submitted via Workday or other channels, and ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing concerns effectively. Additionally, you will develop and implement training and communication plans to ensure HRIS users are properly trained and informed. You will aid in Workday transactions and reporting according to applicable requirements, execute and assist in developing testing and quality assurance processes to ensure system functionality meets requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
