The HRIS Analyst is a support-level position within the HRIS organization, responsible for assisting and maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications, including time & attendance and HCM programs. This role serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas, ensuring data integrity through configurations, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
