SEI is seeking to hire a HR Information Systems Analyst - Payroll Specialist who will bridge the work between the payroll (Dayforce) and human capital management (Workday) systems. This includes monitoring activities across the various global payroll groups, improving processes between each system and providing support to SEI employees. This role must create new processes between SEI Payroll, Workforce Benefits and Development teams. By continuing to drive process improvements, SEI employees will gain clarity of all the corporate employee tools used to manage their compensation, benefits, retirement savings, career, continuing education and training. In addition, this position will work with members of the HRIS team to own and deliver process improvement, system enhancements, dashboards and tools required by SEI leadership.
