We are looking for an HR Analyst II to join our dynamic and growing HR team and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to benefits to performance reviews and separations. This person will also be responsible for resolving HRIS tickets including root cause analyses and making recommendations for break/fixes, working directly with stakeholders to gather adoption item requirements and translating them into a Workday solution before execution and testing. The HR Analyst II will interface across the organization and HR team to lead change and adoption of new HR system functionality. This is a critical new role in our HR Systems team which is both impactful and influential to ensure the continued success of an innovative pharmaceutical company.
