About The Position

The HRIS Analyst II at Niagara Bottling will play a crucial role in the administration and support of the HRIS system (Workday) across various HR functions. Requirements

  • 2 Years of experience in HRIS.
  • 2 Years of experience in systems implementation.

  • 4 Years of experience in managing core HRIS, Applicant Tracking, Time and Attendance systems.
  • 4 Years of experience in systems implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of various HR systems, including Workday and Kronos.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Proactively identify areas where HR data is not up to date and suggest improvements.
  • Lead systems updates/upgrades and test changes to ensure systems are functioning as designed.
  • Communicate system and process changes to HR partners across the organization.
  • Coordinate with the Training & Development team to develop communication and training materials.
