Job Summary In this position, you will utilize collaboration and leadership skills to identify HR issues, implement effective solutions, and guide the business on people processes. You will be accountable for all HRBP functions for your client groups, contributing independently within the broader HRBP network Position Overview Your responsibilities may include: Acting as thinking partner/coach for business leadership on various HR issues & processes impacting the strategic and long-range business plans Driving design and implementation of core business staffing plans Performing sophisticated and non-routine HRBP functions Developing creative solutions to various problems and advising businesses accordingly Ensuring processes are consistent while maintaining client relationships through understanding their strategies and business operations Advising on HR issues regarding staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and succession planning Conferring with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and implementing policies/programs while providing feedback to the COE’s on issues impacting the business (e.g., compensation, recruiting, employee relations, talent management) Participating on special projects related to delivering the strategic needs of the business
