About The Position

To further enhance the company's supply capabilities in the U.S. market, the company has decided to recruit an experienced HRBP manager to help establish a compliant and effective human resources operation system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in human resources or related fields
• More than 5 years of human resources work experience, with management experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Detail-oriented and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates with experience in establishing a human resources system from scratch for a production factory and building teams are preferred.
• Candidates who have worked in human resources field in Texas and are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations there are preferred.
• Bilingual candidates in Chinese and English are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing human resources functions in international subsidiaries, addressing the management requirements of various business units, and enhancing standards and processes related to human resource management
• Possessing a thorough understanding of business environments, identifying challenges, and creating as well as executing HR strategies that encompass talent identification, recruitment, employee development, organizational governance, culture enhancement, and compliance oversight
• Skillfully merging resources from headquarters with regional operations to establish HR policies tailored for overseas entities while overseeing their execution and refinement
• Managing both external partnerships and internal collaboration efforts.
