About The Position

This HRBP Director role partners directly with the senior leaders shaping Twilio’s Product Management organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role designed for someone who loves being at the heart of product strategy and innovation, thrives in product development environments, and energized by the opportunity to apply OE/OD practices and tools to ensure business success. This role joins a broader HR team that supports Product, Engineering, & R&D.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of HRBP experience
  • Deep knowledge of product development orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
  • Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies
