About The Position
We are seeking an Associate Manager HRBP to join the Crosby, Minnesota manufacturing plant. As a part of the local leadership team, you will serve as a strategic business partner regarding all aspects of the plant operations. Ideal candidate will have previous human resources supervisory experience and possess an ability to effectively provide thought leadership to stakeholders. This role will provide strategic HR consulting and services to the Packaging Machinery plant client group in support of achieving business results. Areas that are specifically targeted include: leadership and team effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
