In this support role, you'll be the go-to expert for administrators and beneficiaries dealing with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) and other types of HRAs on a day-to-day basis. Your main purpose is to ensure that clients understand how these arrangements function, assist them in designing and implementing their HRA plans effectively, and provide ongoing support as they navigate through various challenges or questions that may arise. Essentially, you'll serve as a crucial link between our company and our clients, offering guidance, problem-solving assistance, and building strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services.
