The Team As a member of the HR Vendor Management team, you will be responsible for independently driving vendor risk initiatives supporting Enterprise HR. This role will have a strategic focus with vendor risk, compliance, analytics and other HR Vendor Management related initiatives for the HR vendor portfolio. You will collaborate with our HR Vendor Managers, HR Business partners, CST, HR Risk, VROCOE, ISO, ECS, and other key partners to support goals and initiatives, while partnering with Vendor Managers to hold our external vendors accountable through Risk oversight. By accomplishing the above, you will improve risk-based decision making for our portfolio of supported vendors and improve the strategic role of our centralized team. The Expertise You Have: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent (and relevant) experience. 5-7 years of proven experience in Vendor Management, Compliance, or Risk related role. Extensive Fidelity expertise and proven experience interacting with all levels of the organization. The Skills You Bring: You are an excellent communicator and have strong facilitation, influencing skills and negotiating skills, with strong executive presence. You have the ability to independently drive and lead sophisticated vendor initiatives with minimal oversight. You are organized and can lead multiple projects or activities simultaneously and deliver results in an accurate and timely manner. You have an ability to develop and improve partnerships with peers, leaders, vendors and other partners. You have a strong background and/or experience in HR, Vendor Management, Compliance, or Risk processes. You are eager to be a part of a growing team with a strong focus on establishing processes, guidelines and standards across a dynamic organization. Willing to promote vendor management standards as well as assisting with compliance / risk process documentation, analytics, business process improvements, and technical enhancements. Provide mentorship to junior team members with a focus on training & development in the risk and compliance areas. The Value You Deliver: Coordinate, monitor, and ensure timely compliance of all aspects of Vendor Risk related activities and initiatives for the HR vendor portfolio. Examples include BCP, SOC Reviews, VTR Program, AI, Architecture, Vulnerabilities & High-Risk areas Leverage data-driven approach into the proactive management and oversight of HR vendor portfolio. Provide strategic oversight of reporting & analytical needs across team. Maintain deep knowledge of the relationship’s overall risk profile and contribute to the resolution of risk-related events. Provide oversight and team accountability for the Enterprise Vendor Management policy. Provides analysis and make recommendations for problem resolution of moderate to complex problems/issues. Support production of recurring dashboards and/or scorecards for Vendor Managers.
