Human Resources Undergraduate Are you an undergraduate moving into your final year of your degree in 2024 and are happy to complete your degree while working part-time? We have a unique opportunity to acquire valuable hands-on experience and skills, building your capabilities as a human resource professional. Who we are looking for... Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a strong desire to work within the field of Human Resources. This role offers a supportive work environment and potential for career development. The Human Resources Undergraduate will be responsible for providing assistance to support the HR team with delivering a broad range of generalist HR services, activities, and priorities across the ANZ businesses.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Human Resources or a relevant Business degree
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Strong desire to work within the field of Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Assist in ensuring that employees are appropriately onboarded and offboarded.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing and standardising HR documentation.
  • Assist with the delivery of HR/Employee Wellbeing initiatives and event coordination.
  • Perform any other duties appropriate to the role as directed by the GM HR/HR Manager and HR Administrator.
