About The Position

As the HR Total Rewards Intern, you'll be a valued contributor to projects that directly impact how employees are rewarded, engaged, and supported. You'll gain hands-on experience while building your HR knowledge and analytical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business or related field having completed sophomore year prior to the start of internship, or seeking an MBA, either accepted into a program or completed year one in calendar year of internship
  • Demonstrated passion for learning and growing within the Human Resources field
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required

Responsibilities

  • Support Total Rewards initiatives across compensation, benefits, events, and HR technology
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of cyclical programs such as Open Enrollment, compensation reviews, and employee events
  • Contribute to internal communications and education efforts related to Total Rewards programs
  • Participate in job description reviews, market pricing, and compensation-related analyses
  • Offer ideas to enhance employee well-being, engagement, and recognition programs
  • Support data entry, tracking, and reporting for various Total Rewards projects
