About The Position

Responsible for daily duties in Human Resources. This position is accountable for delivering a superior Guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic computer skills and ability/willingness to learn
  • Must be able to work in a confidential environment
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends; a minimum of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Completing all paperwork required for Team Members onboarding
  • Assisting Team Members with any issues that may arise
  • Answering the Human Resources phone line, answering employee questions and directing calls as needed
  • Filing paperwork efficiently and accurately for all employee personnel files
  • Maintaining proper record keeping of all files
  • Assisting in making phone calls to schedule interviews and complete paperwork
  • Sorting and issuing paychecks on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times
  • Being knowledgeable of Six Flags policies and procedures
  • Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
  • Assisting in other areas of the Human Resource Department
  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
