Responsible for promoting and supporting HR technologies to drive customer engagement and adoption. This role involves developing a thorough understanding of HR Technology workflows, technologies, and business processes. The specialist will solicit and gather customer feedback through various methods, analyze it to identify knowledge gaps and process improvement opportunities, and share findings with functional/technical owners. Providing timely follow-up to customers, intervening in HR Technology inquiries and escalations from leadership, and developing professional training interventions and electronic materials are also key aspects. The position requires providing train-the-trainer education to market HR, establishing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, and measuring Change Management’s success through data analysis.
