About The Position

You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement innovative HR tech strategies that align with Vanguard's commitment to excellence and inclusivity. Vanguard is looking for HR Technologists to join our team in delivering a best-in-class experience for our crew (employees). The HR Technology Specialist - Workday owns the support and management of the assigned HR Technology portfolio and provides ongoing production and project support for our business partners and crew members. Leads system design, configuration, testing and support, production elevation and ongoing post-production support of solutions that drive our strategic business initiatives and technology portfolio optimization efforts. This is a functional configuration role, previous experience with configuration / administrative responsibilities is required.
