THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to join our newly formed HR Technology, PMO, and Analytics organization. This team is shaping the way we deliver HR programs and technology, driving innovation, efficiency, and transformation across the employee lifecycle. As a Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver scalable, integrated technology solutions for our global HR organization. You'll work in a hub-and-spoke model, where the central HR Technology, PMO, and Analytics team (the hub) partners closely with functional HR teams across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations (the spokes) to deliver consistent project governance, shared standards, and connected outcomes. You'll collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, Program Managers, Analysts, and HR business leaders to ensure projects are executed effectively, from initiation and planning through delivery and adoption.
