About The Position

The HR Technology Partner (Kronos) Business Analyst role is a full-time contract position focused on leveraging HR technologies, particularly UKG Pro WFM and Workday, to enhance human capital management processes. The position requires a strong analytical background and experience in troubleshooting timekeeping configurations, as well as implementing various functionalities within HR technology systems. The role emphasizes collaboration across divisions and effective communication at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in HR and/or Shared Services environment.
• 3+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workday, or other leading HCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM functional areas such as Attestation, Accruals, Personas, Attendance, or Mobile.
• Experience with Time & Attendance implementation in UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio.
• Experience in payroll and human capital management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot pay rules, work rules, and general UKG timekeeping configurations.
• Implement Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Pro WFM.
• Transition Accruals from Workday to UKG Pro WFM.
• Run reports and dataviews in WFC and UKG Pro WFM.
• Collaborate with team members across divisions to ensure effective implementation of HR technologies.
