Excited to shape the technology that powers Southwest’s People experience? As a Human Resources Technology Consultant, you will lead advanced payroll configuration, deploy enhancements, and optimize existing architecture while building skills across multiple modules within the Workday suite. You will work closely with Internal Customers to leverage technology solutions that improve business processes and maximize return on investment. With a focus on reducing manual work and increasing automation, you will identify opportunities to streamline operations and lower costs. You will partner broadly across the People Department, support the full People Technology portfolio, reduce redundant capabilities, and ensure consistent protection of sensitive Personal Identifiable Information. This role offers the opportunity to influence how people systems operate across the enterprise and strengthen the technology foundation that supports every Employee.
