About The Position
The HR Technology Analyst at Seton Hall University is responsible for performing a variety of technical duties related to Human Resources functions and initiatives. This role focuses on improving internal processes and increasing the use of HRIS products, particularly in payroll audits, system setup, and collaboration with various departments. The analyst will serve as a functional lead on technical projects, ensuring the best use of HR systems such as Banner HR/Payroll, Applicant Tracking, and Performance Appraisals.
