About The Position
As an HR Technology Analyst at 3M, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing HR processes through the effective use of technology, particularly Workday. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of innovative professionals across the globe, allowing you to leverage your curiosity and technical expertise to make a significant impact. You will be responsible for providing technical business support and expertise, ensuring that HR processes are not only efficient but also compliant with global regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing configuration activities, implementing trusted changes, and resolving defects in alignment with both short-term and long-term HR priorities. You will work closely with HR Process Owners, Global Service Centers, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into effective system configurations that meet critical business needs. Staying informed about relevant federal, state, and local regulations is essential, as you will conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance within Workday processes, such as Time and Payroll. Additionally, you will develop cross-functional knowledge of Workday and learn best practices to assist in the peer review process, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
