Our People Programs team is on a mission to create the seamless, fully-integrated people systems experience filled with peak moments that our Canvanauts expect and deserve. We partner between the broader People Group and our internal partners across IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Security to deliver on our People Technology goals. We’re looking for a HR Tech Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of cross-functional initiatives across the People Group. While there is a lean towards technology-enabled outcomes, this role spans the full breadth of what the People Group delivers — from process redesign and organisational change through to system implementations and capability uplift. You'll work closely with teams across People Operations, IT, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Learning, Security and beyond, acting as the connective tissue that keeps complex, multi-workstream programs on track. You'll partner with our People Programs and Business Systems Lead to ensure technology initiatives are well-sequenced and aligned to our broader People Group vision, while also picking up and driving non-tech programs that require strong coordination and delivery discipline.
