Requirements

  • Seeking a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or related field.
  • Completed junior year prior to the start of internship.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning and growing within the Human Resources field.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Skilled in data analysis and storytelling to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Enthusiastic about people, culture, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience Manager to support daily HR operations.
  • Coordinate organizational changes and updates.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports.
  • Conduct interviews for Operations roles.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Organize and maintain personnel files and I-9 documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Support additional HR projects as assigned.
  • Partner with Talent Management teams to develop Talent Dashboards.
  • Map Career Paths using the Sargento competency model.
  • Assist in executing project and change management activities.
  • Research emerging HR trends and present strategic insights.
