Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accurate data
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn systems and tech tools
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; interest in reporting tools is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, ADP, or Workday

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS support (password resets, access issues, troubleshooting)
  • Monitor, triage, and escalate system issues as needed
  • Run reports, analyze data, and support regular data audits
  • Assist with system testing, updates, and basic configurations
  • Document processes and maintain user-friendly guides
  • Partner with HR and IT to enhance the employee experience
