About The Position
The HR Systems & Analytics Manager at InterDigital is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of various modules within Workday, including Core/Advanced Compensation, Benefits, HCM, Security, and Reporting. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across Total Rewards teams and HR Operations to understand business needs and configure solutions that align with organizational objectives. The manager will lead large-scale projects, ensure system functionality and data integrity, and drive the adoption of new technologies within HR systems.
